In this call you can: • Ask questions about the offers, packages, and affiliate program. • Get support on setup, joining groups, or accessing content. • Make sure you’re on track with the steps and know exactly what to do next. • Use it as a checkpoint before upgrading into a full package. The purpose of this short call is to remove confusion, answer key questions, and give you direct support so you don’t waste time.

To ensure a smooth process, please review our booking policy below: 1. Appointment Scheduling • Booking: All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, app, or by contacting our office directly. • Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email or message once your appointment is scheduled. Please check the details carefully and contact us if any adjustments are needed. CHECK SPAM FOLDER 2. Payment • Deposit: A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. • Full Payment: The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the appointment or at the time of service. Payment can be made via our payment methods. • Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified under our cancellation policy. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling • Notice Required: We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment time may result in a $25 cancellation fee. • No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment and fail to notify us, your deposit will be forfeited, and you may be charged the full service amount. 4. Late Arrivals • Grace Period: We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible. • Reduced Service Time: Arriving late may result in a shorter service time to accommodate other scheduled appointments. The full service fee will still apply. • Rescheduling: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a rescheduling fee may apply. 5. Changes to Services • Service Modifications: If you wish to modify the services booked, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your request. • Service Downgrades: Reducing the scope of services on the day of your appointment will not result in a reduced fee.
