REFUND POLICY - THE BASICS 

No Refund Policy

At Infinity, we are committed to providing exceptional products and services. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding our No Refund Policy:

 

1. No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products, services, or subscriptions purchased through our platform. This policy applies to all transactions without exception.

2. Acknowledgment of Policy: By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this No Refund Policy.

3. Payment and Collection: In the event of a payment dispute or attempt to reverse charges, you agree that we reserve the right to collect the outstanding balance owed. This may include engaging a collection agency or taking legal action to recover the debt.

4. Changes to Policy: We reserve the right to modify this No Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our platform.

MetaMasters & Trinity – No‑Refund / No‑Chargeback Policy

 

Effective: April 1, 2025

 

  1. All Sales Final.

    • Every purchase of any product, service or subscription is irrevocable.

    • Under no circumstances will MetaMasters or Trinity issue refunds, credits or exchanges.

  2. Zero Exceptions.

    • Change of mind, technical issues, non‑use—none qualify for refunds.

    • You accept this policy by completing checkout.

  3. Chargeback Prohibited.

    • Any attempted chargeback, reversal or dispute triggers a $200 USD administrative fee.

    • You authorize us to bill your payment method on file immediately for this fee.

  4. Automatic Enforcement.

    • You waive all rights to contest transactions with your bank, card issuer or payment platform.

    • Breach of this policy (including any dispute) results in immediate suspension of all access and services.

  5. Collection & Legal Costs.

    • You are responsible for any costs we incur enforcing this policy—attorneys’ fees, collection agency charges, court costs, etc.

  6. Governing Terms.

    • This is the entire agreement on refunds and disputes.

    • Delaware law governs; Wilmington, DE courts have exclusive jurisdiction.

 

By purchasing, you confirm you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to these terms. Any attempt to circumvent this policy is a material breach, entitling MetaMasters & Trinity to full remedy.
