THE Theft by Brian Robert Gillard
A Public Service Announcement
This isn’t a misunderstanding. It’s not a delay. It’s not confusion.
It’s theft.
And the individual responsible is Brian Robert Gillard
his Profile Link
Outstanding Balance Owed: $1525
The Breakdown:
$225 unpaid from last month
$450 now owed for this month
$400 still unpaid from last year
$50 x two for late payment
That’s over $1525 in unpaid services, group access, and value delivered — all taken, all used, and all ignored.
Unprofessional Conduct Includes:
Consistent late or partial payments
Requiring me to chase him down every month just to receive what was owed
Requesting additional services (lead generation, appointment setting) while still in debt
Questioning my private client contracts out of jealousy
Commenting on and attempting to remove another client’s marketing post
And finally, when held accountable? Attempting to “end the business relationship” as if that erases what’s owed to me.
Let me be clear:
You don’t get to walk away from what you stole.
To All Business Owners, Coaches, and Creators:
Do not work with or hire Brian Gillard.
He does not honor his agreements.
He does not respect boundaries, platforms, or service providers.
He will use your generosity, then disappear when the bill is due.
Why I’m Sharing This:
Because people like this float silently between good-hearted creators, taking what they want and vanishing.
Because integrity matters.
Because our work deserves to be valued — and paid for.
And because silence protects the abuser, not the abused.
This is theft. This is a warning. And this is the last time I stay quiet about it.
Let me tell you how this went.
I didn’t just give Brian access.
I helped him. Personally. Repeatedly.
I went out of my way to support him — off the books, unpaid.
I did private sessions with him that weren’t included in his package.
I gave him my time, my strategy, my presence — because I wanted to see him win.
I even added him into our other premium plans, gave him extra group access, all because I believed in giving him a real shot.
Above and beyond doesn’t even cover it.
This wasn’t just business. It was generosity, heart, and loyalty.
And what did I get in return?
Late payments. Partial payments. Excuses. Avoidance. Disrespect.
You don’t get to steal from someone who poured into you — and walk away pretending you didn’t.
Just a few days ago, Brian messaged me asking what another client’s contract included — trying to dissect what they were receiving, clearly triggered by their success and support.
Unbelievable, considering he hadn’t even paid his own bill. I told him directly:
If you do not make your payment, I will be exposing this publicly.
And what does he do?
He replies, “I’m ending the agreement because of this.”
Let me be clear:
No, Brian — I already ended the agreement.
What I’m waiting on is the money you still owe me.
You had full access to my platforms. I worked for you. I did hours of unpaid support for you. You used the services, took the sessions, accessed the groups — and now you want to act like you’re the victim?
Then he says he’s going to take legal action on me.
I said — Please. Go ahead.
Because that means you’ll be publicly admitting that the reason this even exists is because you didn’t pay for work you received.
You didn’t bother honoring your debt.
Go ahead and make it legal. I’ll gladly bring the receipts.
