An Open Letter to Spencer Rascoff, Faye Iosotaluno, Match Group, Tinder, and Bumble: Why Are You Ignoring the Solution?

I have to ask: Are you all just pretending not to see the obvious?

Every few weeks, I see another news release—Match Group is struggling, Tinder’s numbers are dipping, Bumble is losing traction. The same corporate spin:

“We’re exploring new revenue models.”

“We’re adapting to market shifts.”

“We’re enhancing user experience.”

And yet… you keep losing money.

I refresh my phone. No missed calls. No voicemails. No texts. Nothing.

Not from Spencer Rascoff, the guy who disrupted the real estate industry with Zillow but somehow hasn’t figured out how to fix dating platforms.

Not from Faye Iosotaluno, Tinder’s CEO, running one of the world’s biggest dating apps, but still stuck in the same cycle of declining user satisfaction.

Not from Match Group, the umbrella corporation behind Tinder, Hinge, and more, who just keep throwing patches on a sinking ship.

Not from Bumble, which tried to market itself as the “better dating app” but now struggles to keep users engaged.

I have one simple question: Why haven’t any of you reached out to me yet?

Your Platforms Are Broken—And I Already Have the Solution

Let’s break this down:

1. You built engagement models designed to trap users, not connect them.

Your whole business model relies on people staying single and endlessly swiping. But guess what? People know that now. They see through the system. They’re leaving because they don’t want to be manipulated anymore.

2. You’re ignoring what users actually want.

They want meaningful connections, not engagement-driven dopamine hits. Your platforms aren’t giving them what they came for. They leave frustrated. They don’t recommend it to friends. Your churn rates climb.

3. Your monetization strategies are outdated and desperate.

Tinder keeps slapping on new paid features, Bumble experiments with premium pricing tiers, and Match Group keeps milking old models. But none of it is working because you’re monetizing the wrong way.

I’ve Already Built What You’re Looking For—And It Works

I didn’t just think up a solution. I built it.

A system that puts users in control. No manipulation, no engagement traps—just real, authentic connections.

A new revenue model that actually makes sense. One that benefits both users and the platform without sabotaging user trust.

An AI-driven structure that understands energy and compatibility at a deeper level than anything you’ve seen.

I’ve spent years refining this, while you all keep scrambling, pretending you’re searching for answers when I already have them.

So What’s the Excuse?

Let’s be real:

1. You either don’t know this exists (doubtful),

2. You’re too stuck in old-school corporate thinking to accept it,

3. Or you’re just scared to acknowledge that an outsider has already figured it out.

And that’s fine. But here’s what isn’t fine—watching your platforms crash and burn while pretending the solutions don’t exist.

So here’s the deal.

You can keep pretending. Keep “exploring new strategies.” Keep posting about your losses in press releases, hoping no one notices.

Or… you can do something different.

Reach out. Get in touch. Let’s fix this.

Because at this point, I can only assume one of two things:

1. You’re deliberately ignoring the answer.

2. Or you just don’t care about fixing your platforms at all.

I don’t believe you’re stupid.

So what’s it gonna be?
